Job Description
  • Professionally and systematically defines, designs, develops, monitors, and refines an asset maintenance plan that includes value-added preventative maintenance tasks and effective utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherit reliability issues
  • Identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations
  • Coordinate and demonstrate the reliability improvement program for the plant to deliver benefits in plant availability and maintenance cost reduction
  • Oversee equipment replacement
  • Assist in systems design for maintainability, equipment commissioning and management of change
  • Analyzing equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to develop and deploy engineering solutions, improved maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance optimization, and other reliability techniques
  • Assists in developing engineering solutions to repetitive failures and other issues that adversely affect plant operations
  • Assist in Root Cause Analysis and FMEA, taking ownership for ongoing corrective action tracking, implementation, and follow up to ensure that all Root Cause Analysis projects are documented and applied plant wide
This is a onsite position located in Omaha, Nebraska.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years maintenance and reliability, production management, engineering, or operations experience
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • The ability to develop and verify concepts
  • Developing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods
  • Planning and scheduling Inspection, Testing and Preventative Maintenance work
  • Diagnosing breakdown problems
  • Carrying out quality inspections on jobs
  • Liaising with client departments and customers
  • Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings, or components
