Job Requirements
Field associate positions are full-time, hourly, weekly-paid, union positions. Positions may be seasonal, depending upon the region.
Q3 Contracting is a drug-free environment. All positions require compliance with the Q3 Contracting drug and alcohol testing program and procedures for both pre-employment and ongoing random testing.

- Must be dependable, and willing to work in the elements.
- Most positions require a valid driver's license. Class A license strongly preferred, or a willingness to obtain one.
- Must be willing to work overtime as dictated by workload volumes.
